  In the gravest situation of my life these special ladies were nothing but phenomenal. From taking my first call at 3:30am until the end (no pun intended) I felt like I was being looked after and more to the point mother would be too.
  
  They helped send my mum off with love and laughter.

  I could not be happier with White Ladies, they were wonderful. Mum had actually chosen them straight off the bat without hesitation and prepaid her funeral about 10 years or so before she passed. Leanne and the team at Mornington were just so caring, and real, and genuine. It's been such a very sad time and they guided me through everything without rushing. They worked behind the scenes and tied everything together with the celebrant (Carol who was wonderful), the DVD tribute people (They also were also so very caring and helpful, also very quick and efficient and communication was great), the cemetery and everything else that has to be done. They just made it so much easier for me and I could never thank them enough. It's such a wonderful service that they offer with the most caring people. Thank You...

  White Lady Funerals are a reputed business and so with the passing of our mother, the family contacted White Lady Funerals. From our first meeting until the hearse drove away every representative was completely professional, generously spirited and respectful of our needs. The service was conducted with great care and attention to detail, and every representative was thoughtful, kind and sincere. We are very grateful to Sally and her team as much of the stress and confusion on the day was abated thanks to their experience and knowledge.

  Anna went out of her way to help us even though ultimately we did not have the chance to go with White Lady Mornington. Thank you so much for trying to smooth our path during this difficult time for us.

  Had my grandmother's funeral there although her wishes were for no service and just family attend we were put in small room witch was fine, but they had another service at the same time witch was pretty big and we could hear it from where we were and parking was ample but when you have 2 services at once
  was not favourable, I don't think they took this in to consideration and our service should of been either before the other service or after it wouldn't of been any issue to us I do hope they take this on board and manage it better in the future
