We engaged Merlin Constructions to build our house in 2017 , They had just bought the business and did not tell us this.Their website claims that all the awards from the HIA are theirs when in fact they are the previous owners awards. we endured a High end costing house with low end building standards.And many defects which Merlin resisted vigorously to rectify. only with the intervention of the MBA did we get any resolution. We would NOT recommend these Builders.
